1. Responsibilities:
Develop agrowth strategy focused both on financial gain and clientsatisfaction Research identity and arrangemeetings with prospective clients marquee on ground and onlineproperties Visualise and articulate howpotential partners should be relooking at their marketing roadmapand where product fit in optimally
Coordinate with thelegal team in preparing the sales contracts adhering to the rulesand guidelines
Ensure that all brand entitlements aredelivered to the partners delight
Build long termrelationships with new and existing clients/partners
Develop junior talent into valuable salespeople Be deeply involved in catalyzing new ideas/innovationsfor partners. This would require co ordinating with brand/creativeteams within and at the partners end 2. Qualifications& Skills:
Knowledge and understanding of Sport orEntertainment sponsorship market
Proven record ofworking as a business development manager
Experience inrelationship management would be a plus
Proficiency inMSOffice and Google Docs
Ability to look at Sport as amedium / vehicle for brands to achieve key marketingobjectives
Masters degree or equivalenteducation
