You deliver driving best practices in distribution management software (DMS) & bring in latest Data Science Automation Technology Solutions (both descriptive & predictive) that bring efficiencies & drives productivity of sales with DMS. You are Solution Provider with DMS. You shall develop detailed continuous business and customer analysis/insights & bring with simplification, efficiency and consistency, aligning common outputs (DMS Solution) across business. You also provide leadership and work collaboratively across sales & finance.

You will also:

Enable sales delivery by providing the tools and data necessary for the smooth running of the business and the development and execution of the sales strategy.Coordinate national and regional sales & finance system projects.Test and implement new systems. Ensure uninterrupted running & maintenance of Bulls-I & Bulls-I Sub-ERP solution, a sales distribution management system adopted by Red Bull India, spread across 350+ distributors, 600+ Strikers(salesman). Manage efficient support to field team and ensure continuous improvement on the tools to ensure high adoption and enablement for sales teams and distributor partners.Process Automation & Data Flow with Recipe: Build Process automation for operational Excellence or meet legal compliance requirements. Be a one Point Contact for all Business Solution Requirements vis-à-vis Bulls-I at RB India. Ensure any external environmental changes like GST and other statutory changes in the Indian tax system are incorporated in bulls-I effectively and within set timelines. Build data pipelines including API for data flow leveraging the Red Bull AWS Infrastructure. This involves collaboratively support the testing, development and integration of new initiatives, technology-based solutions and analytical tools.Financial feasibility assessment - Budget and Cost/Benefit Analysis, check and approve work effort estimate for any new development. Manage the tasks at hand keeping in mind the assigned budget for IT priorities. Ensure all company policies and processes are followed during the approval of any effort estimate.Assist the business controller in Data Science Projects in India Oversee all analytics operations to correct discrepancies and ensure quality. Develop daily Dashboard Reporting & Newsletter on Bulls-I.Identify Potential Gaps in Software for business needs & Provide Solutions. Conceptualize in writing, the New Developments (in Bulls-I) & complete Conference Room Pilot Test alongside Software Vendor Engage with Sales Team & DPs for successful implementation of Software modules. Graduate in IT & Data Science 5-6 years’ experience in Sales & IT out of which 1-2 yrs should be in sales IT HO role. Knowledge & Skills: Good understanding of sales processes. Strong analytical, communication and networking skills Working Knowledge of R Studio or Trifacta Good Communication Skill, Stakeholder management & vendor management. Travel 10-20%
