Job Description

As a Sales Automation Specialist at Red Bull, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and efficiency through the implementation of sales distribution management software and data science automation technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business and customer analysis to drive sales growth and productivity.
  • Provide leadership and collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Ensure the uninterrupted running and maintenance of Bulls-I and Bulls-I Sub-ERP solution, a sales distribution management system adopted by Red Bull India.
  • Manage efficient support to field teams and ensure continuous improvement on tools to enable high adoption and enablement for sales teams and distributor partners.
  • Build process automation for operational excellence or meet legal compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in IT and Data Science.
  • 5-6 years' experience in sales and IT, with 1-2 years in sales IT HO role.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and networking skills.
  • Working knowledge of R Studio or Trifacta.
  • Good communication skill, stakeholder management, and vendor management.
  • Travel 10-20%.
