JobDescription: As a Recruiter at Talent Shark you will playa pivotal role in attracting and hiring talented individuals whoalign with our company culture and goals. You will collaborateclosely with hiring managers and department heads to understandtheir staffing needs and develop effective recruitmentstrategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Partnerwith hiring managers to determine staffing needs and developrecruiting plans
  • Source potentialcandidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms andprofessional networks)
  • Screenresumes and job applications to identify qualifiedcandidates
  • Conduct interviews usingvarious reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filtercandidates within schedule
  • Assessapplicants relevant knowledge skills soft skills experience andaptitudes
  • Onboard new employees incollaboration with HR and hiringmanagers
  • Promote the company sreputation as a great place towork
  • Keep abreast of industry trendsand best practices inrecruitment
  • Develop and implementeffective sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualifiedcandidates
  • Collaborate with hiringmanagers to write job descriptions that accurately reflect jobrequirements and attract the rightcandidates
  • Utilize job portals andprofessional networks to connect with potentialcandidates
  • Coordinate with externalrecruiting agencies when needed and manage the recruiting processfor agencyrecruited positions
  • Ensurea positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting processfrom initial contact toonboarding

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Provenwork experience as a Recruiter (either an inhouse recruiter or astaffing agency recruiter)
  • Solidability to conduct different types of interviews (structuredcompetencybased etc.)
  • Handsonexperience with various selection processes (phone interviewingreference checks etc.)
  • Familiaritywith HR databases applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidatemanagement systems
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills
  • Strong decisionmakingskills
  • BSc/MSc in Human ResourcesManagement or relevantfield
