JobOverview:
We are seekinga dynamic and resultsdriven IT Recruiter to join our team at TalentShark. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of thetechnology industry and proven experience in sourcing screening andplacing top IT talent. You will work closely with hiring managersto identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitmentstrategies. This role requires a proactive individual who canmanage multiple job requisitions while delivering highqualitycandidates.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Partnerwith hiring managers to understand IT staffing needs and define jobrequirements.
- Develop and implementcreative sourcing strategies to identify top IT talent includingdirect sourcing networking and using social mediaplatforms.
- Screen resumes andconduct initial candidate interviews to assess technical skills andcultural fit.
- Manage the endtoendrecruitment process including job postings resume review interviewsand job offers.
- Build and maintain astrong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future jobopenings.
- Stay up to date withtrends in the IT industry and evolving recruitmenttechniques.
- Collaborate with the HRteam to ensure a seamless hiringexperience.
- Maintain accuraterecords in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and preparerecruitmentreports.
Qualifications:
- Provenexperience as an IT Recruiter or in a technical recruitmentrole.
- Indepth knowledge of IT rolesskills and technologies.
- Strongcommunication negotiation and interpersonalskills.
- Experience with applicanttracking systems (ATS) and other recruitmenttools.
- Ability to manage multiplejob openings and work in a fastpacedenvironment.
- Strong sourcingabilities with experience in direct sourcing headhunting andnetworking.
- Fluency in English;additional language skills are anadvantage.
PreferredSkills:
- Familiaritywith UAE labor laws and recruitmentpractices.
- Proficiency in LinkedInRecruiter GitHub Stack Overflow and other relevantplatforms.
- Ability to work underpressure with tightdeadlines.
