Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team at Vizlogic Digital Solutions Private Limited. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates for various IT positions within the company. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, with a junior-level experience requirement of 1 to 3 years.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience as an IT recruiter
• Strong knowledge of IT skills and technologies
• Proven track record in sourcing and hiring IT professionals
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential candidates for IT positions through various channels
• Review and screen resumes to shortlist qualified candidates
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate's technical skills and cultural fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and align candidate profiles
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and stay updated with the latest IT recruitment trends
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
