Renold Chain India Manufactures Industrial Chains & Sprockets and has its registered office at Dindigul District, Tamil Nadu & Regional Warehouse at Nagpur. We cater for the needs of various industries, which includes Textile, Sugar, Agriculture, Cement, Oil, mining, construction & equipment etc.

As Talent Acquisition partners for  Renold Chain India, we are looking for dynamic and skilled HR Manager to drive business growth by building strong relationships with both new and existing clients. This role is vital for expanding Renold Chain India's Distributor base and by generating business orders from existing distributors & new distributors.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Ensure legal compliance under various labor laws
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Preparation of MIS Reports and to provide decision support through HR metrics

RequirementsPOSITION REQUIREMENTS – FUNCTIONAL

• MSW / MBA – HR/ Post Graduate Diploma – HR with highly successful experience in HR / IR with a minimum of 10+ Years of experience in manufacturing companies with a strong track record in managerial position.
• Exposure in Corporate HR is a must
• Computer literacy – MS Office

Requirements
POSITION REQUIREMENTS – FUNCTIONAL • B.E Mechanical Engineering with 3 to 4 years of experience in Sales domain wherein handling the industrial transmission products such as Industrial Chains, consumables - Bearing, Gears, belts, cutting tools, Power transmission segment etc • Knowledge of Sales Processes, Commercial terms • Negotiation Skills • Good Communication in English and Hindi • Computer Literacy – MS Office (Excel & Power Point Presentations) POSITION REQUIREMENT – PERSONAL SKILLS: • Good planning & execution skills • Willing to travel and explore new areas • Punctuality, Self-Determined/Driven • Ambitious with “Can do attitude”
