Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Karur for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including talent acquisition, employee development, benefits administration, compensation and performance management, and employee relations. The Human Resources Manager will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the business objectives of the organization.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a Human Resources Manager role or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of HR policies and procedures, employment laws and regulations, and HR best practices
  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Aptitude for problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or equivalent certification is a plus
