Position Summary

Experience: 3 to 7 Years

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics and KPIs. Provide regular updates and presentations to HR leadership and stakeholders. Continuously improve the data collection and story telling aspects of HR reporting.

Process Improvement:

Evaluate existing HR processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Work collaboratively with HR teams to streamline processes and implement best practices. Leverage robust HR background to review current state hire-to-retire processes and identify ways to standardize Develop detailed documentation and process flow visualizations. Drive efficiency and effectiveness through automation and technology solutions.

Strategic Planning:

Partner with HR leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives. Conduct research and benchmarking to inform strategic decision-making. Develop recommendations and action plans based on data-driven insights.

Systems Optimization:

Serve as a subject matter expert for HR systems, including HRIS, ATS, and performance management platforms. Lead system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations to meet evolving business needs. Provide user support and training to ensure optimal utilization of HR systems.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Monitor HR compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions as needed. Stay informed about emerging HR trends and regulatory changes. Ensure compliance with global data privacy requirements across all reports and processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience (3years) as an HR Business Analyst or similar role. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI). In-depth knowledge of HR processes, practices, and compliance requirements. Experience with HRIS (Workday) and other HR technology solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
