Workday Reporting Analyst

Workday Reporting Analyst role is to plan, coordinate, and develop complex reports, and perform all the technical activities related to Operational and Analytics Reporting in Human Resources Systems in Workday. This individual works closely with Technology Resources, Human Resources, Legal, Compliance, Leaders and other departments to design, deliver and support the business requirements for reporting and analytics of the organization.

Preferred Skills, Knowledge, Experience

· Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering· Strong knowledge on Workday HR reports / dashboards creation (certification would be a plus).· 5-7 years of experience with Workday ideally focused on reporting.· Preferred: Strong knowledge on the Workday core HCM module. BIRT Report knowledge will be an added advantage.· Very good knowledge and understanding of HR KPIs.· Strong consultative skills and the ability to build relationships with HR and cross-functional partners.· Ability to learn quickly and work within tight deadlines;

self-starter ; must take

personal initiative

and willingly assume responsibility and ownership.· Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.· Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues and determine appropriate solutions.· Strong communication skills and attention to detail; Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.· Experienced in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other business tools.· Ability to work in a high demand/rapidly changing environment and manage ambiguous situations and/or directives.· Stakeholder Management· Discretion while dealing with highly sensitive data.
