Job Description: With strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement, he will significantly enhance the Machine reliability, Service excellence, Improve the PSD Operation in the Ranchi Region. Support the RPSM in achieving the Regional Parts & Service KPI’s and Targets in achieving Regional PSD Target & KPI of Ranchi Region Job Utilization & SJA reporting, improving value-added hrs YOY. Timely reporting of quality issues with complete details of root cause failure analysis. Legitimate report and compliance by gathering info from various sources like Channel Partner Engineers, Customers, Vendors etc; and making data available at single platform in proper way. Implementing predictive maintenance strategies to monitor equipment health and prevent unplanned downtime due to equipment failures. MTTR, WOL, MOL, Competition Fleet, Handling PIMS and Dealer service claims in Ranchi Region Generate long term PSD Revenue by Promotion of Innovative Ideas, Upgrade - CES Kits, Service Exchange, Multi Brand Products. Promote Midlife Services - Rehab / Midlife Overhaul Generating Revenue. Support Project (Converting % machines in assigned territory in any type of Contract Directly OR thru Partners) Work on Live Work Elimination thru Kit Promotion that eliminates Manual Intervention increasing Safety. Promote Service Exchange and Multi brand Products to further PSD Business in the region. Identifying potential risks related to machine reliability and developing strategies to mitigate these risks. Investigating failures to identify root causes and implementing corrective actions to improve Machine reliability. Implementing measures to monitor and control the quality of Maintenance, Daily Checks, Audit and Overhauling to ensure machine reliability. Working with Channel Partners, Planning, Logistics and Site team to ensure that components or materials are planned, stocked, and supplied on time and meets reliability and quality standards. Periodic review of Partner Inventory, Pending Orders, Invoicing, Partner Review, etc. Monitoring and supporting Warranty & Non-Warranty Surface machines at BCCL, CCL, SAIL, Tata Steel, and shouldering end to end responsibilities – Commissioning, Trouble shooting, Warranty support, improving machine reliability and performance and identify areas for improvement. Partner Service engineer competency development. Ensure % certification of indirect resources. Maintaining and Collecting Availability reports, Achieving, Maintaining and Reporting CAP Contract KPI’s Records, Product Improvement suggestions and best practices. Conduct Refresher Safe Start Trg, SL-1 Trg, IMS Audit requirements for Ranchi Region Identifying inefficiencies in maintenance processes and implementing improvements to enhance reliability. Gathering feedback from customers regarding product reliability and performance and using this feedback to drive continuous improvement efforts. Providing technical support to Team regarding reliability-related issues and troubleshooting product failures with support with Technical Team from PC. Channel Partner development activities like Developing & Delivering Onsite and Offline training to educate channel partner engineers on Reporting, Inspection & Machine Audits, Trouble shooting, reporting and customer management. Facilitating knowledge sharing among team members and across departments to foster a culture of reliability excellence. Conduct Safe Start Training to all FMC Contractual Staff and Channel Partners. Ensure all safety practices are followed by self and by partners to comply with Epiroc SHEQ Policy and use of PPE.

Qualification, Skills, and Experience:

Having good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with strong presentation skills. Communication Skills, Analytical Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Problem-Solving Skills, Attention to Detail, Teamwork and Collaboration, Adaptability, Critical Thinking, Time Management, Problem Ownership, Risk Management, Customer Focus. Exposure to Failure Analysis (FMEA & RCA), Reliability and Sustainability Engineering. Understanding and applying reliability metrics such as Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), and failure rate analysis.

Key competencies required for this role:

Should have exposure to Field Service, Partner Management, Parts & Service Business development Exposure, AMC & Contract Management experience and Man Management skills. Exposure to all the Epiroc Surface Products, FMC / CAP Contract Management Experience and Customers and Channel Partners in the region.
