JobRequirements:
Own anddeliver on sales targets
Create and executebusiness plans to meet sales goals
New businessdevelopment through leveraging your network and qualifyingleads
Manage accounts including the entire salesprocess from business development prospecting and specificationsthrough contract negotiations signing and postsalessupport
Work closely with Operations teams tobuild complete solutionbased proposals to help customers securetheir most critical infrastructure
Deliverwellinspected accurate weekly sales forecasts and qualifiedpipeline management is the assigned territory andaccounts
Create large account plans and focus onsolutionbased selling on target enterprises
Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns as well asleveraging own network/relationships
Execute onleveraging alliances and relationships with key partners in theregion and engage in joint marketing activities and events with thepartners
Evangelize the Mirum Services withinEnd Users SI and partner communities and act as an ambassador forthe company in the region
Willingness to traveland ensure the success of theabove
Experience &Skills:
15 years ofSoftware Services Sales. SAAS/ Software Solutions Sales experiencea plus CRM/ERP Sales experience a plus.
Provencapability of selling to customers both in the India and Globalmarkets
Should have existing relationships withLarge and Medium Enterprises
Understanding ofRFP bidding process
Very good NegotiationSkills
Have experience in dealing with SeniorManagement ( E.g. CMO CIO CTO CEO)
Establishessales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotasfor regions and
territories.
MBA /PGDMfull time 2years course Tier 1 or Tier 2Institute.
