PositionSummary:

We are looking for a dynamic andresultsdriven Solar Rooftop Sales Executive to join our team. Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for identifying potentialclients generating leads and converting them into sales. This rolerequires a deep understanding of solar energy products excellentcommunication skills and a passion for renewableenergy.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:Identify and cultivate potential customers for solar rooftopsystems through various channels such as cold calling networkingand referrals.
  • Client Engagement: Engage withprospective clients to understand their energy needs conduct siteassessments and provide customized solarsolutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare anddeliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potentialcustomers highlighting the benefits and ROI of solar energysystems.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updatedwith market trends competitor activities and industry developmentsto identify new businessopportunities.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve monthlyand quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth ofthe company.
  • Customer Relationship Management:Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure ahigh level of customersatisfaction.
  • Reporting: Maintain accuraterecords of all sales activities and prepare regular sales reportsfor management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely withthe technical and project management teams to ensure seamlessproject execution and customersatisfaction.

Qualifications:

Education:Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or a relatedfield.

Experience:Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales preferably in the solarindustry or a related field

Skills:

  • Strong understandingof solar energy products andsolutions.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve andexceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closingskills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite andCRM software.
  • Ability to work independently andas part of a team.
  • Personal Attributes:Selfmotivated goaloriented and passionate about renewableenergy.
