  • Negotiate and closesales
  • Follow up with leads to ensure successfulconversion
  • Maintain accurate records of salesactivity and customer interactions
  • Collaboratewith the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotionalstrategies
  • Stay updated on industry trends andbest practices
  • Meet and exceed sales targetsand KPIs
  • Provide exceptional customer serviceto maintain client satisfaction
  • Resolvecustomer complaints and concerns in a professionalmanner
  • Participate in ongoing training andprofessional development
  • Contribute to thedevelopment of sales strategies andtactics
RequiredQualifications
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Sales Marketing or relatedfield
  • Proven track record in sales particularlyin the insurance industry
  • Excellent knowledgeof insurance products and services
  • Strongunderstanding of sales principles andtechniques
  • Outstanding communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectivelynegotiate and close sales
  • Customercentricmindset with a focus on providing exceptionalservice
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MSOffice
  • Highly motivated and targetdriven with aproven ability to meet and exceedtargets
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced anddynamic environment
  • Excellent time managementand organizational skills
  • Professional andfriendly demeanor
  • Valid insurance agent license(if required by state)
