  • Proactively reach out to potential clients to discuss insurance options
  • Explain insurance products and services to potential clients
  • Provide guidance on the selection of the most appropriate insurance policies
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide quotes
  • Negotiate and close sales
  • Follow up with leads to ensure successful conversion
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotional strategies
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Sales Marketing or related field
  • Proven track record in sales particularly in the insurance industry
  • Excellent knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively negotiate and close sales
  • Customercentric mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
  • Highly motivated and targetdriven with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Valid insurance agent license (if required by state)
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changes in the industry
