Job Summary:
  • Greet andwelcome guests as soon as they arrive at theoffice.
  • Directvisitors to the appropriateperson.
  • Answerscreen and forward incoming phone calls.
    Ensurereception area is presentable with all necessary stationery andmaterial (e.g. pens forms andbrochures).
  • Providebasic and accurate information inperson and viaphone/email.
  • Receivesort and distribute dailymail/deliveries.
  • Maintainoffice security by following safety procedures and controllingaccess via the reception deskregister).
  • Orderfront office supplies and keep inventory ofstock.
  • Updatecalendars and schedulemeetings.
  • Arrangetravel and accommodation and preparevouchers.
  • Keepupdated records of office expenses andcosts.
  • Performother clerical receptionist duties such as filing printing /photocopying transcribing andscanning.


Requirements
  • Pleasing personality
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist / FrontOffice or similarrole
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office /Gmail
  • Handson experience withoffice equipment (e.g. printer / Scanner)
  • Professional attitude andappearance
  • English written andlocal verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issuesarise
  • Customer serviceattitude
  • High school degree;computer certificate or diploma is aplus
