Front office Executive Receptionist

- Greet andwelcome guests as soon as they arrive at theoffice.
- Directvisitors to the appropriateperson.
- Answerscreen and forward incoming phone calls.
Ensurereception area is presentable with all necessary stationery andmaterial (e.g. pens forms andbrochures). - Providebasic and accurate information inperson and viaphone/email.
- Receivesort and distribute dailymail/deliveries.
- Maintainoffice security by following safety procedures and controllingaccess via the reception deskregister).
- Orderfront office supplies and keep inventory ofstock.
- Updatecalendars and schedulemeetings.
- Arrangetravel and accommodation and preparevouchers.
- Keepupdated records of office expenses andcosts.
- Performother clerical receptionist duties such as filing printing /photocopying transcribing andscanning.
Requirements
- Pleasing personality
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist / FrontOffice or similarrole
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office /Gmail
- Handson experience withoffice equipment (e.g. printer / Scanner)
- Professional attitude andappearance
- English written andlocal verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issuesarise
- Customer serviceattitude
- High school degree;computer certificate or diploma is aplus
