Job Overview


We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Telesales Representative. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound sales calls, and closing deals over the phone. This is a full-time position based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of the sales process and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to handle objections and overcome challenges.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Generate new leads and prospect potential clients through outbound sales calls.
  • Identify client needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
  • Effectively communicate and present product features and benefits to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly basis.
  • Manage and update customer database with accurate and relevant information.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, challenges, and successes.
  • Contribute to team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.
