JobSummary
TheSenior WFM Analyst oversee productivity at ReleasePoint byassessing analyzing and reporting employee productivity at theindividual departmental and Organizational levels. They determinethe best way to utilize employees productivity skills usingtechniques and theories of workforce management. This role assistswith scheduling processing timeoff requests and generating reportsto show productivity and performance changes. This is a Senior WFMAnalyst role focusing on assisting with the forecast and capacityplanning of global team based on service level needs. They willhelp with building workforce management models to match thespecific needs of the project. Main responsibilities include demandcapacity updates Ad Hoc headcount calculations and support of newlaunches.

EssentialFunctions

Execute on budget forecasts and owns the development andimplementation of staffing and metric models reporting andanalysis.
Develop policies thatimpact workforce positively and work with operational staff toensure communication of these policies and procedures are adheredto.
Communicate with managementand operations team to ensure compliance with client and companystandards.
Develop reportingprocesses dashboards and presentations to fulfill senior leadershipreporting needs.
Help drivecontinuous improvement to increase productivity accuracy andimprove case management staffinglevels.
Assist service lineleaders with QC tracking andmanagement.
Work with VPOperations and other senior management to implement organizationsnew strategic plan.
Help teamsdesign and craft ways for employees to learn and to roll out thecontinuous learning people need to perform effectively asorganizations pivot at speed andscale.
Communicate tostakeholders on performance and challenges i.e. providing directionguidelines performance update to hit service level goals and makingsuggestions for corrections to anyissues
Analyze/forecast staffingplans and ensure that the delivery locations are appropriatelystaffed based on organization s requirement and internal capacityplannumbers

RequirementsMasters or Graduates Degree in business IT data science or businessadministration.
Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel Tableau.
Must beable to work with all levels of the organization in capturingmanaging and communicatingmetrics
The ability to developcreative and breakthroughsolutions.
Welldevelopedanalytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complexissues and synthesize large amounts ofinformation.
An ability toidentify the root causes of issues by analysing patterns andtrends.
Selfmotivating adaptableand able to inspire and motivateothers.
Prior experience workingin an environment of frequentchange
Ability to workindependently multitask and meet deadlines with flexibility inworking hours.
Excellent writtenverbal communication and interpersonalskills.
