Providing investigatory business analytics of performance proactively and insight-as-a-solution services to stakeholders.  Support the forecasting process by inputting and validating key assumptions based on robust data analysis. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. Ensuring reporting and insights meet business needs and requirements to facilitate decision making. Help team updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures. Serving as a key liaison between stakeholders and users. Managing competing resources and priorities. Monitors team and project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.

Day to day responsibilities 

Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings effectively. Communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Performing a requirements analysis through gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. Documenting and communicating the results of self and team efforts. Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring team’s performance

Candidate Profile

Extensive experience in insights generation and storytelling Good working knowledge of healthcare industry and its impact on business practice. Strong commercial acumen Ability to approach complex data-related problems with a logical and analytical mindset. Ability to think strategically and provide actionable recommendations. Strong written and verbal communication skills Expertise in advanced Excel Expertise in a data Visualization tool

Experience

4 to 6 years of overall experience 

Desirable
