Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of inside sales representatives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Set achievable sales targets and monitor team performance against them.
  • Conduct performance reviews, providing actionable feedback and coaching for team improvement.
  • Foster a positive and motivating team environment that encourages achievement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Inside Sales Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
