Recruitment

  • Ensure manpower availability as per budget andplan.
  • Close lateral hiring positions byrolling out offers salary negotiations notice period buyout dealsetc.
  • Keep tracking attrition data for Onrolland Casuals and prepare report for countermeasures and actionplan.
  • Lead campus drives for fresherhiring/bulk hiring.

Compliances & PayrollManagement

  • Ensureupgradation of internal system and rules in purview of amendmentsreleased for any rule under any act applicable.
  • Ensure employee attendance; leave records and ODs to bemaintained as per rules.
  • Ensure timelypreparation and disbursement of Salary/Wages.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of statutory compliancesrelated to Factory act PF Return Principal Employer

PerformanceManagement

  • RA& KPI setting processes.
  • Raisingappraisal forms to concerned department heads for annualperformance review.
  • Providing inputs toHOD's for Appraisals.
  • Collection andCompilation of data related to PMS.
  • Makingcalculation for increments to be disbursed.
  • Prepare and Issue Promotion & Increment lettersto all employees.
  • Post annual appraisalsreport generation.

Employee ExitManagement

  • Ensuresmooth exit of employee on the day of relieving.
  • One to One exit interview
  • Ensuretimely settlement and payment of full & final.

HR/IRBudgeting

  • PreparesHRBudget on the basis of past year trends and futureforecasts.
  • Monitoring and controlling expensesas per approved budget. Industrial

Relation

  • Maintaining and creating harmonious and healthyindustrial relation.
  • Wages negotiation withworkers union.
  • Meeting with union memberscorrespondence and giving feedback to Management.
  • Grievances handing and redress of complaints.

Disciplinary Action– Issuing of show cause notice charge sheet andconducting domestic enquiries punishment and looking atemployee’s previous service record.

Contract related work Contract Labor Management: Managing CLM. document verificationreturns and compliances.

Contractor License Auditcompliance – Internal & External Audit.
