  • Generate and sendout invoices to clients.
  • Review billing foraccuracy and completeness.
  • Resolve billingissues and discrepancies.
  • Ensure timelycollection of payments.
  • Provide support forbilling inquiries from clients.
  • Update andmaintain billing records and customerinformation.
  • Collaborate with the finance teamto reconcile accounts.
  • Prepare and analyzeaging reports.
  • Assist in the development andimplementation of billing processes.
  • Adhere tocompany policies and legal requirements related tobilling.
  • Participate in audits and providenecessary documentation.
  • Contribute to processimprovement initiatives.
  • Stay updated onbilling regulations and bestpractices.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inAccounting Finance or related field.
  • Provenexperience as a Billing Specialist or similarrole.
  • Strong understanding of billingprocedures and principles.
  • Proficiency inaccounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellentnumerical and analytical skills.
  • Ability tohandle sensitive and confidentialinformation.
  • Effective communication andinterpersonal abilities.
  • Detailoriented with afocus on accuracy.
  • Organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Knowledge of billingregulations and compliance.
  • Ability to workindependently and in a teamenvironment.
