Overview:
SalesManagers are responsible for identifying new business opportunitiesnurturing relationships with potential and existing customersnegotiating terms and ensuring customer satisfaction. They conductmarket research explore new sales prospects and participate inpromotionalactivities.
JobsandResponsibilities:
  • Identifyand pursue new business opportunities and potentialcustomers.
  • Reach out to potential customers topresent company products or services.
  • Cultivaterelationships with existing customers and maintain regularcommunication.
  • Negotiate prices and terms withcustomers.
  • Prepare sales contracts and monitorsales activities.
  • Collaborate with team membersto ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct marketresearch to assess customer needs and identify salesopportunities.
  • Actively seek out new salesopportunities through cold calling networking and socialmedia.
  • Arrange meetings with potential clientsto understand their requirements.
  • Prepare anddeliver compelling presentations on products andservices.
  • Generate regular sales and financialreports.
  • Ensure availability of stock for salesand demonstrations.
  • Represent the company atexhibitions or conferences.
  • Negotiate and closedeals handling complaints or objections asneeded.
  • Collaborate with team members toachieve better results.
  • Gather feedback fromcustomers and prospects and communicate it to internalteams.

RequirementsandSkills:
  • Proficiencyin English.
  • Excellent knowledge of MSOffice.
  • Fast learner with a passion forsales.
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdrivenapproach.
  • Ability to deliver engagingpresentations.
  • MBA in Sales or Bachelor sdegree in BusinessStudies.
