You can learn more about us at:   Role: We are seeking a Lead for our Talent Acquisition team to play a pivotal role in recruiting and selecting top talent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains the best candidates. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers and team members to meet our staffing needs efficiently and effectively. 
Ideal Candidate:
    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • At least 8+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
    • Proven experience leading at least 1-2 team members in previous roles.
    • Skilled in developing and analyzing recruitment reports and metrics utilizing Excel or PowerBI.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates hiring  managers & Account managers effectively.
    • Utilize various recruitment channels & proactively do self-sourcing for senior positions and help in onboarding quality candidates.
    • Review the sourced resumes in detail, screen the candidates by having detailed calls before scheduling interviews, and assess candidates using competency-based techniques to ensure the best fit for the organization.
    • Partner with the Marketing team to promote job openings on social networking sites.
    • Good experience using any Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
