We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the recruitment of top talent for our IT and BFSI clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with a focus on IT and BFSI domain expertise.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in IT and BFSI

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
