• Good Understanding and knowledge on Ticketing Tool. • Good Skills required on IT Asset tool. • Basic Knowledge on OS installation and Troubleshooting. • Should have excellent communication skills and quick learning capabilities. • Should be able to handle vendors and asset management. • Should be capable of identifying the requirement issues, get the clarity and provide solution on requirements. Roles & Responsibilities • Monitoring the ticketing tool and resolve tickets, coordinating with respective teams in call and chat till the issue get resolved. • Dispatching tickets to respective team’s bin with proper log notes. • Connected with vendors for issue track and corrective actions and always responds to calls, emails and chats for client requires or issue remediation. • Reporting the same defects or issues occurring often to the higher management. • Participate in all the activities of troubleshooting and taking end to end ownership on the issue. • Actively participate with user satisfactory. • Responsible to raise risks on hardware issues and replacements depending upon the client urgency. • Identification, Preparation and maintain the data. • Maintaining and updating all the IT Assets in Asset Tool on daily basis. • Maintain the Warranty data for all assets and track warranty details and periodically reporting to Management. • Identify savings opportunities for renewals, software licensing, and services. • Experience in asset allocation and DE allocation process. • Carried out Quarterly audits to verify the accuracy and integrity of the data in the Asset management database. • Assists the team during the acquisition and disposition of assets by serving to all parties involved in the process to coordinate smooth flow of files and information. • Sharing Monthly & Quarterly Asset Data Analysis.
