JOB DESCRIPTION BUSINESS DEVELOPMENTEXECUTIVE (InsideSales)
1.Customer Handling: Identifying theopportunities and sending the commercial proposal to the customersfornew orders.Followingup with the existing customers for renewalorders. Having price negotiation with thecustomers and distributors.2. Followup withPurchase Team: Forward the purchase orderpricing OPS to the respective purchase team.Monitor the purchase team to followup with the distributors fordelivery. Followingupwith the purchase teamfor billing of invoices to customers.Coordinating with the support team forinstallation. After installation followupwith the customers for payment.3. ProductTraining: Attending product training atregular intervals. Learning new products andtechnologies. Completing monthly one productcertification which is mandatory.4. Meetings& Reporting to management:Maintaining customers daily calls report.Submission of weekly reports to themanagement. Attending daily meeting with thesales manager and two weeks once with the DirectorSales.5. OtherResponsibilities: Helping the team when theyare in field work for any case locks and othergeneralcommercialfollowups. Have to achieve the targets everyquarter in a year. Any other work asrequired by management from time totime.
