So, what’s the job?

You’ll adhere to the company’s quality assurance processes and methodologies You’ll develop and document testing requirements from appropriate sources such as Business Requirement Specifications and User Stories You’ll identify defects and track them until completion using the Test management tool JIRA You’ll develop test cases for functional, integration and end-to-end system and performance testing You’ll ensure test accuracy is maintained through to software release You’ll automate and execute test scripts using Playwright (Java script) or Selenium You’ll work closely with Test & Quality Lead and Senior Test & Quality Analysts to understand and priorities upcoming work. You’ll actively participate in team ceremonies, including Stand-ups/scrum meetings, Backlog Grooming, Retrospectives and Sprint planning You’ll provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers within company guidelines, regulatory obligations and SLA’s. You’ll ensure all contact and interactions are of the highest standards, communicating clearly and appropriately to all stakeholders You’ll collaborate and provide regular reporting and updates with key stakeholders across the Cover-More Group You’ll contribute proactively to the team's achievement of performance targets in collaboration with the Team Leader including service expectations, productivity, achievement of KPIs, behavioural expectations, and general operational performance and compliance.

And what are we looking for?

You’ll have 2-3 years of experience as a Test & Quality Analyst You’ll have proficiency in interpreting business requirements into testable items & Test Management using JIRA You’ll have proficiency in API Testing using Postman You’ll know about Automation script creation using Playwright \ Selenium You’ll have proficiency in STLC processes with a focus on Agile You’ll have experience in writing scripts to validate against MS SQL Server or RDS databases You’ll have experience in technical analysis of software and applications You’ll Bring strong technical analysis skills and a track record of releasing high-quality, defect-free software You’ll International Software Testing Qualification Board (ISTQB/ISEB)
