Responsibilities :Platform Development and Configuration: Design, develop, and configure business platforms to meet the specific needs of our organization. This could involve programming, configuring settings, and integrating various software solutions.System Integration: Ensure seamless integration between different business platforms and systems (, integrating CRM and ERP systems) to enhance data flow and business processes.Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Regularly monitor the performance of business platforms, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience.User Support and Training: Provide technical support to platform users, resolve issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure users can effectively utilize the platforms.Initiative Execution: Actively participate in and contribute to various initiatives, applying your specialized skills to achieve the objectives and expected Value. Contribute to the ongoing realization of Value from these enterprise platforms through continuous integration and deployment.Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members within the subdivision and across other digital and business units.Continuous Learning: Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in a specific area of expertise.Innovation: Contribute innovative ideas and approaches to enhance project outcomes and digital capabilities.Reporting: Regularly report on the progress of the various Value Teams and outcomes to your Capability Lead and team members.Problem-Solving: Employ analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome project challenges and deliver effective solutions.Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality and consistency in the work delivered.Developer is responsible for the gathering of SAP requirements and specifications, analyzing, designing, documenting, coding, testing, configuring, deploying, implementing, and maintaining systems and applicationsParticipate and collaborate with the users, business analyst, quality assurance/quality control analyst in the gathering of user requirements and specificationsParticipate and conduct feasibility study, research and development, prototyping and proof of concept (PoC) in implementing new/existing systems, solutions and processesParticipate in the technical and project documentation such as but not limited to functional, system and technical design, requirements and specificationsCreate test scenarios and data and conduct or participate in non-functional and functional testing (, unit testing, system testing, integration testing, etc.)Document, analyze and report test resultsDevelop and review codes, programs and configurations to verify consistency and conformance with established programming and industry standards, guidelines, policies and practicesConduct incident and problem analysis, data gathering, investigation and resolution of issues, and provide technical consultancy, assistance and supportDeliver the required systems/applications/solutions on time and based on agreed budget and specificationsIdentify, assess and recommend opportunities for application and process improvementProvide regular and effective progress updates to the project manager/team lead/supervisor/immediate manageDevelop, customize, enhance, fix and maintain codes, applications and systems Requirements

Qualifications:

Required

Bachelors or Masters Degree in computer science, engineering or information systems, or STEM DegreeDemonstrated ability to Analyze technical and business requirements and translate these into basic and detailed technical designExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, Strategic thinking and thought leadership capabilities; ability to institutionalize new tools, processes, and technologiesKnowledge of implementation project life cycles including blueprinting, configuration, testing, cut-over and go-live supportAt least 2 SAP end-to-end implementation experience and at least 1 S/4HANA Implementation / upgrade experienceAbility to adapt to fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks at a time and self-motivated to learn advanced technologiesAbility to work in an Agile environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsStay current with the latest SAP Integration Suite features and functionalitiesYou will remain up to date with the latest SAP BTP functionality and services and be able to provide thought leadership and further drive adoption of best practices7+ years of hands-on SAP PI/PO development and integration experience2At least 5 years of experience in SAP BTP (API Management and Cloud Platform Integration), CPI-DS, CIG integration platforms this includes services available in Cloud foundry and API managementProven work experience in design, develop, configuring integration with Success Factor EC using BTP integration platform and through understanding of SFEC data structure, models and APIs3+ years of ALE/IDOC experience working with standard, extended, and custom iDocs, SAP PI/PO Adapters for IDOC, File, SFTP, HTTP, SOAP, and Proxy4+ years of experience with HTML/XML/WSDL/XSD/XSLT, JSON, BADIExperience with Web technologies (XML, XSLT, REST, HTTP, HTTPS, Web Services, AS2 and CertificateProven ability to use secure methods such as SFTP / PGP / EncryptionProgramming expertise in Design, Development in Java design, Groovy, JavaScript programming languagesDemonstrable competence with SAP Graphical Mapping, SAP NWA trace and log errorsProven experience as an Integration Developer with a minimum of 3 to 5 years in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using SAP CPI-IS/CPI-DS/PI/PO/BTP-IS platformsAbility to exercise independent judgment and critical thinkingExperience in Design, build, support, monitor SAP PI interfaces, maintain data mappings, JAVA mappings, XSLT mappings, EDI and XML communications, Proxies, interface definitions, and XSDs.Proven experience in Configuring File, FTP, SFTP HTTP/HTTPs, PROXY, IDOC, SOAP, SQL adapters, ALE, B2B Add-on, JDBC, Proxy, FTPS, JMS, and IDOC with PI/PO, RFC, SOAP, REST, IDOC, Success Factor with SAP Cloud Platform/BTP IntegrationExperience in EDI conversion of ANSI X12 and EDIFACT to EDI documents to the needed format using various translators within SAP PO/PIExperience in SLD configuration for products /SWC / Business SystemsStrong knowledge and proven experience of SAP CPI Design Best practices, Error Handling Mechanism, SAP-PI/PO ArchitectureExperience in SAP CPI or SAP BTP-IS, SAP PI/PO implementation and PI/PO projectsStrong knowledge or experience with PI/PO Migration to SAP CPI/BTP-IS a PLUSSAP Certification in CPI/BTP integration suite is a PLUSExperience PO upgrade/migration to BTP using SAP Cloud Migration tool, FIGAF migration tool, INT4 regression test tool is PLUSProvide 24×7 application support in Severity 1 situations
