Responsibilities

As an Enterprise Platforms Integration Developer at Astellas Pharma Inc., you will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring business platforms to meet the specific needs of our organization. This involves programming, configuring settings, and integrating various software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop business platforms to meet organizational needs.
  • Configure settings and integrate software solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration between different business platforms and systems.
  • Monitor performance and optimize business platforms.
  • Provide technical support to platform users and conduct training sessions.
  • Participate in initiatives and contribute to the realization of value from enterprise platforms.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and approaches to enhance project outcomes and digital capabilities.

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in computer science, engineering or information systems, or STEM Degree.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze technical and business requirements and translate them into basic and detailed technical designs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strategic thinking and thought leadership capabilities.
  • Knowledge of implementation project life cycles, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, cut-over and go-live support.
  • At least 2 SAP end-to-end implementation experience and at least 1 S/4HANA Implementation / upgrade experience.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and handle multiple tasks at a time.
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Stay current with the latest SAP Integration Suite features and functionalities.
  • 7+ years of hands-on SAP PI/PO development and integration experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in SAP BTP (API Management and Cloud Platform Integration), CPI-DS, CIG integration platforms.
