Key Responsibilities

As an Enterprise Platforms Developer at Astellas Pharma Inc., you will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring business platforms to meet the specific needs of our organization. This will involve programming, configuring settings, and integrating various software solutions to enhance data flow and business processes.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Data Science, and demonstrated experience in a specific area of digital capability. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment, are also essential. Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies, such as SF, CPI, SAC, XML, Azure Dev Ops, ALM test tool, and Service Now ticketing tool, is highly beneficial. Additionally, experience in leading implementation/support engagements of SuccessFactors modules, such as SF Compensation and Variable Pay, and knowledge of SAP Employee Central are desirable. SuccessFactors Associate Level Certification in Compensation, Variable Pay, and ideally one or more additional modules like EC is also required.
