About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Integration Specialist to join our team at Astellas Pharma Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using SAP CPI-IS/CPI-DS/PI/PO/BTP-IS platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and configure integration solutions using SAP CPI-IS/CPI-DS/PI/PO/BTP-IS platforms
  • Develop and implement system integration solutions to enhance data flow and business processes
  • Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience
  • Provide technical support to platform users, resolve issues, and conduct training sessions
  • Actively participate in and contribute to various initiatives, applying specialized skills to achieve objectives and expected value
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems, or STEM degree
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze technical and business requirements and translate them into basic and detailed technical design
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strategic thinking, and thought leadership capabilities
  • Knowledge of implementation project life cycles, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, cut-over, and go-live support
  • At least 7 years of hands-on SAP PI/PO development and integration experience
  • Experience with SAP BTP (API Management and Cloud Platform Integration), CPI-DS, CIG integration platforms, including services available in Cloud Foundry and API management
  • Proven work experience in design, develop, configuring integration with Success Factor EC using BTP integration platform and understanding of SFEC data structure, models, and APIs
  • 3+ years of ALE/IDOC experience working with standard, extended, and custom iDocs, SAP PI/PO Adapters for IDOC, File, SFTP, HTTP, SOAP, and Proxy
  • 4+ years of experience with HTML/XML/WSDL/XSD/XSLT, JSON, BADI
Desired Skills
  • Programming expertise in Design, Development in Java design, Groovy, JavaScript programming languages
  • Demonstrable competence with SAP Graphical Mapping, SAP NWA trace, and log errors
  • Proven experience as an Integration Developer with a minimum of 3 to 5 years in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using SAP CPI-IS/CPI-DS/PI/PO/BTP-IS platforms
