Responsibilities :Platform Development and Configuration: Design, develop, and configure business platforms to meet the specific needs of our organization. This could involve programming, configuring settings, and integrating various software solutions.System Integration: Ensure seamless integration between different business platforms and systems (e.g., integrating CRM and ERP systems) to enhance data flow and business processes.Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Regularly monitor the performance of business platforms, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience.User Support and Training: Provide technical support to platform users, resolve issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure users can effectively utilize the platforms.Initiative Execution: Actively participate in and contribute to various initiatives, applying your specialized skills to achieve the objectives and expected Value. Contribute to the ongoing realization of Value from these enterprise platforms through continuous integration and deployment.Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members within the subdivision and across other digital and business units.Continuous Learning: Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in a specific area of expertise.Innovation: Contribute innovative ideas and approaches to enhance project outcomes and digital capabilities.Reporting: Regularly report on the progress of the various Value Teams and outcomes to your Capability Lead and team members.Problem-Solving: Employ analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome project challenges and deliver effective solutions.Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality and consistency in the work delivered.BW Developer is responsible for the gathering of SAP requirements and specifications, analyzing, designing, documenting, coding, testing, configuring, deploying, implementing, and maintaining systems and applicationsParticipate and collaborate with the users, business analyst, quality assurance/quality control analyst in the gathering of user requirements and specificationsParticipate and conduct feasibility study, research and development, prototyping and proof of concept (PoC) in implementing new/existing systems, solutions and processesParticipate in the technical and project documentation such as but not limited to functional, system and technical design, requirements and specificationsCreate test scenarios and data and conduct or participate in non-functional and functional testing (e.g., unit testing, system testing, integration testing, etc.)Document, analyze and report test resultsDevelop and review codes, programs and configurations to verify consistency and conformance with established programming and industry standards, guidelines, policies and practicesConduct incident and problem analysis, data gathering, investigation and resolution of issues, and provide technical consultancy, assistance and support1Deliver the required systems/applications/solutions on time and based on agreed budget and specificationsIdentify, assess and recommend opportunities for application and process improvementProvide regular and effective progress updates to the project manager/team lead/supervisor/immediate manageDevelop, customize, enhance, fix and maintain codes, applications and systems Requirements

Qualifications:

Required

Bachelors or Master’s Degree in computer science, engineering or information systems, or STEM DegreeDemonstrated ability to Analyze technical and business requirements and translate these into basic and detailed technical designExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, Strategic thinking and thought leadership capabilities; ability to institutionalize new tools, processes, and technologiesKnowledge of implementation project life cycles including blueprinting, configuration, testing, cut-over and go-live supportAt least 2 SAP end-to-end implementation experience and at least one S/4HANA Implementation / upgrade experienceAbility to adapt to fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks at a time and self-motivated to learn advanced technologiesDemonstrate BW and BPC experience, including experience in various Data and Analytics solutions based on AWS and AzureProven experience in implementing SAP SAC in a multinational environmentOverall, 6-8 years of experience in SAP BW/HANA/ABAP and SAC. 3-5 years of inclusive experience in SAC, SAC Planning, S/4HANA Analytics.Experience in integrations with S4HANA and SAP BW4HANA, BW on HANA and with Non SAP systems2-3 full life cycle end to end implementations experience with BW Reporting, Extraction and ModelingExpert level experience in SAP data warehousing solutions with SAP BW/4HANA for both modelling and scripting including ability to write complex stored procedures and various replication methods to HANA or BWExpert working experience in ABAP skills like Start, End, Expert, Field level Routines, custom built Extractors & Debugging skills and experience in design and develop end to end data flows for BW/HANAExperience in working with ADSOs (all types), composite providers, BeX query and all info providers available in SAP BW/HANA, HANA views, AMDP procedures, ABAP-OOPs, and hybrid architectureArchitectural knowledge of deployment modes of various SAP Analytics solutions (Cloud, On-Premises, Hybrid)Working Knowledge of connectors like SDA/SDI, Exposing models or queries as Odata for external consumption and Consuming external APIs into BW models.Good knowledge of latest trends in Analytics space including platforms and solutions from other vendorsProven work experience on mixed modelling with BW/4HANA and HANA native modelling.

Hands-on experience in S/4HANA Analytics like building and extending CDS Views, Creating Query Views or Building KPIs using KPI Modeler

Hands-on experience in advanced analytics domain like Predictive Analytics or SAC Smart Features, SAC Application Designer is a plus.Knowledge of development on HANA 2.0 like HANA XSA Development, NodeJS or ABAP development will be plusHands on knowledge of related planning solutions like BPC will be preferredExperience with reporting tools – SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) with live and import connection, Analysis for Office (AFO)Proven experience in working with BW models in HANA Studio such as Composite providers, Advanced DSOs, Open ODS views.Experience in ABAP programming skills and SQL Skills.
