PrimeFunction:
- To provideclean hygienic comfortable and hazard free areas in the hotel inorder to thereby achieving maximum guest satisfaction &organizational profitability in an achieve impeccable housekeepingstandards in all areas of the hotel as per organizational standardsatmosphere of high individualmorale.
- Responsible for usage of alldepartmental master keys and all other keys to ensure safety andsecurity for guests and hotel property
- Ensurethat standards of cleanliness in assigned guest rooms are achievedand maintained on a consistent basis to provide the highest levelof guest satisfaction in cleanliness andservice.
- Ensure to remain alert courteous andhelpful to the guests and coworkers at alltimes.
- Responsible to clean the room the publicarea Executive Office etc. and other duties asassigned.
- Any matter which may affect theinterests of the hotel should bebrought to the attention of theManagement.
KeyResponsibilities:
PeopleManagement
- Establishand maintain seamless coordination & cooperation with alldepartments of the hotel to ensure maximum cooperation productivitymorale and guest service.
- Interact with guestsand personnel of the hotel in an efficient and friendlymanner.
- Provide effective support to the teamto enable them to provide a range of effective and efficientservices.
- Respond to customer queries byresolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensurecustomer satisfaction.
- Provide high level ofservice standards.
- Ensure customer satisfactionthrough constant interaction and personalized service by providingeffective amenities andservices
Qualifications:
Your experience and skillsinclude:
- Relevant diploma / degree inHotel Management.
- Excellent multitaskingproblem solving service orientation and interpersonal teamskills.
- Displays high level of flexibilityinitiative sincerity and team work.
- Knowledgeabout Opera would be anadvantage.
