We are hiring front office GSA & Guest Relations GSA for our reputed client at Lonavala, Pune.

Our client is a prestigious and renowned & luxurious 5-star resort nestled in the heart of Lonavala where unparalleled service meets breathtaking surroundings. As we continue to uphold their standards of excellence, we are seeking a highly skilled and passionate team of 15 Front Office & Guest Relations to join our esteemed team.

As the Front Office GSA & Guest Relations GSA, you will be the cornerstone of our guest experience, ensuring that every visitor receives impeccable service from arrival to departure. You will oversee front office operations and guest relations, striving to exceed our guests' expectations and create unforgettable memories. Your role is crucial in maintaining the resort’s reputation for luxury and excellence.

**Profile Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort environment, with a strong background in front office operations and guest relations.
- **Leadership Skills**: Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- **Guest Service Excellence**: A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest service and creating memorable experiences.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing and resolving guest issues.
- **Organizational Skills**: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with front office software and systems, including reservation and property management systems.
- **Education**: A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications and training in guest relations or luxury service are advantageous.
