Senior Marketing Specialist

Organization: The Senior Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to generate leads, drive brand awareness, and support sales growth in the assigned regions (India, Southeast Asia, Middle east Asia, Australia). This role requires a collaborative approach, working closely with the sales and management teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Your Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of the target markets. Collaborate with the sales and management team to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and events. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
Brand Development: Enhance brand visibility and reputation in the target regions through strategic branding initiatives. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and channels.
Content Creation: Work closely with customers to prepare testimonials and brochures that highlight product benefits and success. Develop high-quality content for marketing campaigns, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media updates.
Event Management: Organize and coordinate trade shows, industry events, and customer seminars to promote products and engage with key stakeholders. Manage event logistics, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing. Utilize web analytics tools to track and report on digital marketing performance.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and ROI. Present findings and recommendations to the management team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing strategies.
- Experience in B2B marketing and working closely with sales teams.
- Good understanding of regional market dynamics and trends.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and develop actionable measures.
- Excellent skills in negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder engagements.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel for exhibitions and other offices in the region.
