Job Description
Job Title: Placement Operations Executive 
 
Job Overview: 
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Placement Operations Specialist with 3 years of 
experience. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the placement 
process for our clients and partners. You will be responsible for coordinating placements, maintaining 
relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
1.Coordinate Placement Activities: 
Manage the end-to-end placement process, including candidate shortlisting, interview scheduling, 
and offer finalization. 
2.Stakeholder Management: 
Act as the primary point of contact for students, employers, and internal teams to ensure effective 
communication and coordination. 
3.Database Management: 
Maintain and update the placement database with candidate information, job postings, and 
employer details. 
4.Reporting: 
Generate regular reports on placement statistics, success rates, and areas for improvement. 
5.Event Planning: 
Organize and oversee placement events such as job fairs, recruitment drives, and networking events. 
Compliance: Ensure all placement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations. 
6.Continuous Improvement: 
 Identify opportunities to enhance the placement process and implement best practices to improve 
efficiency and outcomes. 
 

RequirementsRequired Qualifications: 
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in placement operations, recruitment, or a related field. 
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 
Skills: 
  - Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
