Manager Placements

Job Summary:

Placements Manager∙Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers to secure internship andjob opportunities for students and alumni.∙Plan, organize, and execute placement activities including on-campus recruitmentdrives, career fairs, and employer presentations.∙Provide one-on-one career counselling to students, assisting with resumepreparation, interview techniques, and job search strategies.∙Design and conduct workshops and seminars on various career-related topics such asnetworking, personal branding, and industry trends.∙Maintain and update placement records and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on student placements and employer contacts.∙Monitor job market trends and provide insights and guidance to students and facultyon industry demands and employment opportunities.∙Work closely with faculty, alumni, and other stakeholders to enhance placementactivities and career services.∙Prepare and present regular reports on placement statistics, employer feedback, andstudent outcomes to senior management.∙Continuously evaluate and improve placement processes and strategies to ensurehigh placement rates and student satisfaction.

Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications:Education: MBA or equivalent degree from a top-tier business school.Experience: 6-7 years of relevant experience in career services, corporate relations,recruitment, or a related field.Relationship Building: Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships withcorporate partners and stakeholders.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability toeffectively present to various audiences.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability tomanage multiple tasks and deadlines.Counseling Skills: Experience in career counseling and providing guidance to students oncareer development.Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve placement strategiesand outcomes.Proactive and Innovative: Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying opportunitiesand solving problems creatively.
