Overview ofPosition

Analyst will beresponsible for reviewing Attorney prepared documents forcommercial loan products. Needs to have direct experience withcommercial loan products and experience in reviewinglegal mortgage documents master servicing agreementsor servicing agreements etc.

Position Responsibilities Responsible forthe daily clearing of various loan document exceptions sent in bythe Business Unit Ensure all exception documents received are reviewed for accuracyand completeness. Review evaluate and respond to loan document exceptionstatus Communicateand interact with Collateral Audit Analyst and Business Unitpartners as it relates to the clearing ofexceptions Reviewand promptly respond to emails from Business Unit Review anddistribute US mail Assist with training new teammates in exception tracking &monitoring
Qualifications High level of prioritizing andorganizational skills of daily work load High attention to detail High level ofanalytical and problem solving skills Ability to perform independent analysis andinterpretation of incoming research requests Ability toestablish and maintain positive working relationships with BusinessUnit partners Loan Operations teammates and management team Must be able towork in a fastpaced environment and execute multiple taskssuccessfully Strongoral and written communication skills Able to work in both an independent capacityas well as in a team environment. Understanding of commercial insurancerequirements and ability to recognize and evaluate commercial loandocumentation
