Associate II, Sales Support

· Aftermarket support

oProvide support to customers and sales staff in administrative areas such as order processing, customer quotes, sales information management

oPrepares reports related to customer inquiries, sales trends, customer complaints, delivery/service problems, reasons for product returns, etc.

oWork with finance team on monthly sales receivable.

oPrepare & Submit monthly Aftermarket revenue generation report.

· General Administration

oGeneral Sales Administration tasks such as event planning (sales meetings, seminars, etc.), meeting coordination, and occasional assistance with travel.

oMaintain Customer install base, vendor database.

oMaintain AERB portal.

· Agreements and Filing

oAssist Engineers on NDA and route through proper channel for approvals.

oRoute legal agreements to proper channel to ensure compliance and due process.

oDevelop a process to track aging of Distributor and Customer contracts and ensure that all contracts are kept up to date.

· Logistic support

o Monitor import/export pre-alerts carefully and start import/export declarations in a timely manner.

oMonitor import/export shipments until the goods arrive at destination.

oTrack urgent shipments and provide timely updates to customers

oEnsure required documentation and system records are completed in a timely manner for all records of import/export shipments.

oResolve problems during daily import operation, such as goods delay/damage claim, etc.

oUtilize Logistics System (such as SAP, WMS) to track information.

oAnalyze Import/Export Data to improve delivery times and reduce costs

oProvide timely and accurate Import/Export Monthly reports for upper management.

oInterface with forwarders/Customs brokers/overseas shippers by the phone and through emails for import tracking.

oOptimize operations procedures to improve efficiency and support continuous improvement.

oCooperate with internal stakeholders from other departments in the company Division to achieve win—win situations.
