Performance Objectives Provide solutions leadership and best practices on the SFDC CPQ platform Work with business stakeholders to understand their business processes, prioritize information needs, and translate business requirements into systems solutions Analyze, design, and configure SFDC CPQ & Billing solutions Liaison between customer stakeholders and Sovereign CRM development/technical team to communicate requirements for solution design, development, testing, and implementation Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements Assist with project management, planning, and coordination of project activities Competitive Candidate Profile Experience in Business Analysis, SFDC Platform Design, and Implementations Exceptionally collaborative, flexible, and adaptable when working with customers and various team Salesforce Advanced certifications (CPQ, Salesforce Billing) required Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers and coworker Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems issues. Excellent attention to detail Experience defining business requirements and use cases 3-5 Years hands-on experience working on salesforce.com implementation Product Selection, Bundling and Configuration Rules, Pricing and Discounting, Quote Output Generation, Contracting Process Proficiency in administrative tasks such as managing permissions, page layouts, templates, approvals, workflow, products, price books, reports, and dashboards. Strong Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Communities and nice to have Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud experience and certification Experience with enterprise clients Ideal Candidate would also have prior experience implementing Billing and has Advanced Billing Specialist Super Badge Ability to work during customer time zones (EST, CST or PST) 3+ years of Salesforce experience, preferably working on multiple Salesforce instances in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment; ability to successfully deal with ambiguity. Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models and technologies. Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to execute on multiple tasks and projects. Self-starter with track record of creativity and innovation; not afraid to “chase down” answers. Strong problem solving and analytical skills with great business sense. Excellent oral and written communications skills. Ideal Candidate would also have prior experience implementing Billing and has Advanced Billing Specialist Super Badge  Nice To Have Familiarity with Pardot, Docusign/Conga, Salesforce Communities (external facing apps), Intacct
