Job Title: Salesforce Developer/Admin – Production Support
Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune (Hybrid)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer/Admin with a focus on Production Support to join our team. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in both Salesforce development and support, responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Salesforce environment to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud, and possess hands-on experience with configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support for the Salesforce environment, including troubleshooting and resolving issues, monitoring system health, and implementing user requests.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform, enhancing functionality and user experience.
Design, develop, and deploy Lightning Web Components, Flows, and other customizations in Salesforce to meet business needs.
Perform configurations, customizations, and optimizations to improve system performance and align with best practices.
Support end-users by providing guidance, training, and assistance with Salesforce features and functions.
Collaborate on the implementation and support of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
Required Skills and Experience:
4-6 years of experience in Salesforce Development and Administration with a strong focus on production support.
Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning (Sales/Service Cloud), Apex , Flows , Configuration , and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices for system performance and optimization.
Experience managing and supporting a Salesforce environment in a fast-paced production setting.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Strong communication skills and experience working with end-users and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer I, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.
Familiarity with other Salesforce development tools and release management processes.
