**Job Title: Experienced Salesforce Admin Trainer Remotely US hours**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Training Program Development**:Develop comprehensive training programs for Salesforce administration, catering to different levels of expertise.
Design training materials, including presentations, documentation, and hands-on exercises.

**Delivery of Training**:Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for individuals or groups, both in-person and virtually.
Adapt training content to meet the specific needs and skill levels of participants.

**Hands-On Support**:Provide hands-on assistance to trainees during practical exercises and projects. Offer real-world examples and scenarios to reinforce theoretical concepts.

**Skill Assessment**:Evaluate the skill levels of trainees through assessments and exercises.
Provide constructive feedback to help individuals improve their Salesforce administration capabilities.

**Stay Updated**:Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce updates, features, and best practices.
Update training materials accordingly to ensure content reflects current industry standards.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with the HR and IT departments to identify training needs and develop targeted programs. Collaborate with other trainers and team members to enhance the overall training experience.

**Qualifications**:
**Educational Background**:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

**Salesforce Certification**:Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
Additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder are a plus.

**Experience**:Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Proven experience in designing and delivering Salesforce training programs.

**Technical Skills**:Proficiency in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization.
Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

**Communication Skills**:Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to convey complex technical concepts in an understandable manner.

**Adaptability**:Ability to adapt training methods to accommodate different learning styles.
Flexibility to adjust training content based on the evolving needs of the organization.

**Collaborative Spirit**:Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
