JobSummary

Asour Sr Manager Finance Controllership youll be responsible for adiverse range ofcontributions.

Youlldo everything from ensuring timely and accurate GAAP financialreporting and implementingnew

processesfor company growth to liaising with investors banks counsel vendorsandcustomers.

WhatYoullDo

Day to day oversight of accounting activities including accountspayable accountsreceivable

T&Ereimbursement payroll and customer / vendor contractmanagement

Manage and develop internal accountingteam

Manage monthly close processes including general ledger reviewjournal entries andanalysis

andreconciliation of P&L and balance sheetaccounts

Provide proactive analyses to identify issues and understandfluctuations in balances andprovide

meaningfulanalyses tostakeholders

Tracking Working Capital; Actual vs Plan reporting to managementand driving WC planwith

businesswhenneeded

Investor relations data requirements / adhoc documentsrequirements/communications

Review improve and implement new processes and systems with a focusonsimplification

scalestandardization optimization and adequate internalcontrols

Building Overall Risk Control framework and owning InternalFinancial Controls(IFC)

Implementationand realtime adherence check of controls stakeholderalignment

Manage relationships with external accounting firms tax advisorsand other 3rdparty

professionaladvisors andconsultants

End to end support and completion on FDD LDD BDD during fundraise

Manage annual external financial statement audit process andprepare necessaryworkpapers

Manage and comply with local state and federal reportingrequirements and taxfilings

Ad hoc analyses for monthly financial reporting systems selectionand implementationboard

meetingsinvestor relations budgeting and forecastingprocess

Qualified CA 4 to 6 years of relevant post qualification accountingand leadershipexperience

(mixof Private/ Public Big 4 experience aplus)

Strong knowledge of GAAP secretarial compliances DGFT and RBIcompliances Hedging ofFx

andCommodities and internal financialcontrols

Proficient with Revenue Recognition Stock Compensation IntangibleAssets TransferPricing

andother complex accountingconcepts

Demonstrated ability to manage report on and analyze the monthlyclose quarterly closeand

annualfinancial reporting of a group company involving consolidation ofmultiple currencyentities

Experience implementing financial and operationalcontrols

Experience working on a small team at a high growth B2B ECommerce /SaaScompany

Customer Oriented Team Player Decisive Trustworthy Agile Tenaciousand Focusedon

Impact

Superior problemsolving skills and ability to manage competingpriorities anddeadlines
