Responsibilities:

Social Media & Customer Communications :

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Manage and curate content for social media channels, ensuring alignment with the overall brand message and marketing objectives. Oversee community engagement initiatives, including the creation of monthly newsletters and employee advocacy programs. Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adapt strategies accordingly. Get on customer calls, and draft emails and case studies with inputs from the calls

PR and Media Relations:

Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the organization's reputation and maintain positive media coverage. Cultivate relationships with key media outlets and influencers to secure positive coverage and partnerships. Create and distribute press releases, articles, and other communication materials to relevant media channels. Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and coordinate interviews or press conferences.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute end-to-end marketing communication strategies, along with the brand manager, aligned with overall business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing campaigns. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.

Competencies (Technical & Soft Skills):

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of demonstrated experience in social media strategy & execution. Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Good understanding of ChatGPT, Canva, MS Office.
