Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership:

   - Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and architectural principles.

 - Define and promote the architectural vision and strategy for our software solutions, aligning them with business objectives and industry trends.

   - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product management, engineering, QA) to translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions.

2. Solution Design and Architecture:

   - Undertake solution design and architectural tasks, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability of software applications.

   - Conduct architecture reviews and provide recommendations to optimize system design and performance.

   - Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to support product development and delivery.

   - Define and document architectural patterns, guidelines, and best practices for the development teams.

3. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

   - Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, business analysts, and senior leadership, to align technology decisions and priorities with business goals and strategies.

   - Work closely with development teams to provide technical mentoring and coaching, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and growth.

   - Collaborate with project managers and other architects to ensure successful delivery of projects within defined timeframes and budget.

4. Research and Innovation:

   - Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and software development practices, and assess their applicability to enhance our products and services.

   - Initiate and lead proof-of-concept projects and innovation initiatives to explore new technologies and identify opportunities for product enhancement.

Qualification:  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Min. Experience Required :10 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on architecture design and technical leadership roles.

Must have Skills:

1.Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in designing and architecting enterprise-level software solutions using modern technologies and frameworks.

- In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, architectural patterns, and best practices.

- Hands-on experience with Java or .NET technologies, cloud platforms, microservices, containers, and API design.

 - Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and agile development methodologies.

2. Leadership and Communication:

   - Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to influence, motivate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

   - Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

   - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
