Responsibilities:

1.Channel Management:

·Manageagreements with PI Industries Partners / Water Partners.

·Settargets for channels.

·Issuechannel authorization letters.

·Arrange trainingsessions for channels.

·Issueviolation letters as necessary.

·Calculatemargin money on a monthly basis.

·Issuecredit notes for incorrectly billed items.

·Resolvechannel issues promptly.

·CoordinateChannel conferences.

·Handlespecial price requests.

·Monitorand analyze Special Price Requests (SPR's) costs.

·ManageOEM Contracts.

2.SAP & PMD:

·Workwith L1 to L2 multipliers.

·UploadL2 multipliers in PMD.

·BuildMaterial Master with correct Index, PH, PCK, GCK.

·Provideinputs for LP and RP INR uploads.

·UpdateLP and RP in SAP.

·HandleSAG SPR in OA Tool.

·Obtainrisk approvals.

·ProvideIndustry Mall training to Channels / OEMs.

·MonitorOV (Order Value).

3.Sales Operations:

·Ensurecorrect and timely booking of orders to achieve targets.

·ManageManagement Information System (MIS) activities.

·Checkand correct MIS reports.

·PrepareMI Business Analysis.

4.Business Support:

·PreparePA BRM slides deck.

·HandleSieSales.

·ManageISO 9000 documentation.

·Handleaudit-related activities for entire MI.

·Handle compliance-relatedtopics with respect to channels.

·ManageOrbit tool maintenance and queries.

Qualifications:

Graduate/MBA inElectronics/Instrumentation.

Experience:

6-8 years of relevant experience.

JobRequirements:

1.Proficient in Siemens HO Sales processes such as OrderBooking, Special Pricing, Margin Calculations, etc.

2.Proficient in SAP processes including OrderManagement, Price Updation, and Pricing Conditions updates.

3.Experience in Channel Management activities includingChannel Onboarding, Authorization Letters, Violation Letters, Credit Notes,etc.

4.Experience in MIS activities such as Sales &Channel Performance analysis, Business Analysis, Setting Sales Targets &Incentives, etc.

5.Coordination of Marketing Events, ISO Audits, andInternal Approvals (Legal/Compliance).
