The candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. He/she must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. It is vital to be open-minded towards inputs and views from team members and to effectively lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objects. Additionally, he/she must be self-directed, proactive, and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing the frameworks and tools available. Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.

Process Manager Roles and responsibilities:

Collaborate with Business Owners, Data, and Business Intelligence teams to identify requirements for new and existing data sources and implement ETL logics from various interfaces including APIs, Web Services, Databases, external and On-Prem databases, and warehouses. Assist in efficient data model designs that meet business unit requirements, working alongside business users and technical designers. Design and develop pipelines in collaboration with management, project managers, and other lead developers, ensuring data accuracy. Lead and participate in troubleshooting and fixing major system problems in core data systems and supplemental data pipelines. Demonstrate expertise in GCP products, particularly Data Fusion, Big Query, and Looker, with experience in comparable ETL solutions for Data Fusion and comparable data warehousing solutions for Google Big Query. Provide leadership and mentorship for junior resource in design, implementation, and professional development. Delegate tasks effectively to development teams, providing guidance and knowledge transfer to ensure successful completion of work.

Technical and Functional Skills:

Develop data ETL pipelines that meet both functional and non-functional requirements, encompassing performance, scalability, availability, reliability, and security. Utilize experience with Data Fusion or Equivalent, Big Query or Equivalent, SQL server, and scripting in Java/Python within GCP products, adhering to their respective best practices. Demonstrate proficiency in Python Apply hands-on experience in Composer Possess a working knowledge of XML, JSON, and other data streaming artifacts and related technologies within a Java/Python environment. Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills. Manage multiple streams of the entire data process concurrently. Demonstrate strong knowledge in Scheduling and Monitoring using Airflow DAGs. Utilize extensive experience in writing SQL Queries, Joins, Stored Procedures, and User Defined Functions. Possess sound knowledge in Data architecture and design. Apply hands-on experience in developing Python scripts for data manipulation
