Your Role

● Oversee payroll process, compliance and admin functions.

● Review and audit processes to ensure there is zero error and compliance

adherence across functions

● Create dashboard and share it with the functional heads on monthly basis

● Ensure that record keeping is up to date

● Resolve employee and manager queries in a timely manner

● Have continuous improvement process in promoting effectiveness and

efficiency across functions

● Thrive for operational efficiency and make it a culture amongst HR ops team

members

● Help in smooth onboarding process for new joiner into the company

● Look for opportunities to automation and self service options for employees

and managers

 

What We’re Looking For

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related

field.

● The ability to solve problems and handle conflicts.

● Has worked on HRMS tools, payroll process and HR compliance is a must

● Good expertise in excel

● Attention to detail, especially when keeping HR records.

● The ability to lead and manage a team.

● A good understanding of HR laws and regulations.

● The ability to handle a fast-paced and busy work environment.

● Knowledge of six-sigma / continuous improvement process will be an

advantage

● Good time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
