Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives, ensuring a strong focus on talent acquisition, retention, and development.

Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including but not limited to compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Proven track record of more than 15 years in HR leadership roles, with a focus on Retail industry experience.

Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, startup environment, showcasing the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive organizational change.

Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance at all levels.

Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce.

Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into effective HR strategies and actions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on building relationships and fostering collaboration across the organization.
